Imagine discovering and living Provence off the beaten path, in the middle of a wooded area just 4km from the sea.
This house, a family heirloom, was built on a plot of land that contains remains of the past (dry stone walls, hunting post, underground cistern ...) and which today offers a beautiful villa well equipped for the comfort of holidaymakers.
"Terre Brûlée" awaits you with open arms and will make you discover the region in the most authentic way.
Participating in this adventure is not only having fun but also enjoy a modern villa and live a stay out of the ordinary, far from conventional hotel structures!

“Villa Terre-Brûlée”, has a pool house (summer kitchen, bathroom and WC), 2 terraces with garden furniture and a 2,350 m² park, fully fenced for children to play in complete safety (while the adults relax in the sun on the deck chairs or play a wild game of pétanque on the finely sanded and shaded boules pitch)
On the ground floor you will find: the living room (sofa, HD TV, blu-ray), decorated in the colors of the sea, a beautiful kitchen and well equipped, a very cozy independent living room (sofa, TV HD, blu -ray), the room 'Mimosa', the room 'salmon' and the room 'Corail', a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will sleep in the room 'Lavender' with its adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. It opens onto a balcony with a magical view of La Ciotat bay.
All rooms are equipped with closets to allow you to empty your suitcases and actually settle.

You will enjoy a bright, green and aromatic environment thanks to our park, where pines and olive trees bring a touch of color, rosemary and thyme for the scents of Provence, the pool its refreshing notes and at the bottom of the table the intense blue of the Mediterranean with La Ciotat bay.
Close to La Ciotat, Lecques, Cassis and the Calanques National Park, the villa is ideally located in the center of the tourist attractions of the region, while being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Behind the villa, a path leads to the GR 51 and 98 that follow the ridges and promise beautiful walks or mountain biking.
It is therefore a particularly quiet place that offers itself to you, a place where serenity prevails and you embark on a welcome break during the holidays.

We had a fantastic week at Jean and Christiane's beautiful villa. The house has all the space and facilities we needed for a family of five. We had great fun cooling off in the pool on the hottest days, and enjoying the gorgeous view down to the ocean. The outdoor cooking and eating area was great for evening meals. The location is ideal, whether it be for a stroll to the old village to buy croissants, a hike up into the hills, or a short drive to the beach-front cafes in La Ciotat. Thanks to our hosts for an all-round excellent experience!

Lovely home with plenty of room for our group of 6 to be together but also have our own space.

We had a lovely time thankyou and it was good to be able to use the excellent BBQ area and the pool in mid October!! Ivan was efficient and responded very quickly when we had an issue with sheets that smelt musty.
