Overall this was a nice place to stay. Alice was very responsive to my messages and the condo was clean with a nice ocean view. The onsite bar and restaurant with 3 big pools was very nice as well. I just wish we would have known that we could not set up chairs right near the water to watch our little ones play like we have done everywhere else we have stayed. They have chairs and tables all over the private beach area that you must rent and a lot of them our rented far in advance and you are not allowed to set up in front of them.

The check in process is very slow between being informed of room readiness at the last possible time listed and no access of the limited 8 luggage carts that were available among all the other guest jocking for spots up front to unload vehicles. Only the main lobby elevators were in operation which further delayed any movement throughout the complex. During hours from 0900 to 2100 it would often take 20 minutes to get into an elevator and stop between multiple floors which serviced no guest. Also, there is no beach service offered with the units and the company providing service on the beach routinely sold out so i would plan ahead a reserve before your vacation.
