The apartment/seminar apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building renovated in 2014 in a rural setting. We may offer catering for groups. The apartment has been carefully renovated and shows character due to the open beam layers, oiled wooden floorboards and an exceptional ceiling height. A wood-burning stove completes the cosy ambience. It is suitable both as a holiday home and for seminar work, as the open space leaves room for design. Also suitable as accommodation for guests of our event room to stay overnight. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the former farm building at the Schmiedhof. The apartment has been carefully renovated and impresses with its light-flooded living room with kitchen and large balcony. In addition to our family, there are other residents on the property, a workshop for woodworking, a ceramics workshop and another holiday apartment. The former blacksmith's shop on the first floor has been converted into an event room with a supply kitchen and a spacious terrace garden, so we are always happy to offer chilled drinks. There is a large garden for growing vegetables, sheep, chickens, a meadow orchard, a growing wildlife hedge and a small forest area. Three camping pitches are designated under the old fruit trees. The farm is located on a quiet country road, and is surrounded by a few neighboring houses, a walking path leads directly from the farm into a small forest. The apartment has a parking lot, and there are also parking spaces for guests. It is a small farm in which there are a total of 6 apartments. The large garden is shared by guests and tenants. There are plenty of vegetables grown in another garden area. The farm itself is lively, with several sheep, chickens, ducks, cats and 2 dogs. There is also an event room where several events take place throughout the year, as well as in the courtyard itself. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this is certainly not the right place. If you like to have company and animals, you are well tidy. The apartment is idyllically located on the edge of the forest in a 3-family house on the 1st floor in Wolfsberg, about 4 minutes by car from Amerang. The distance to the nearest larger towns of Obing and Wasserburg is about 10 km. It is about 60 km to Munich. Munich and Salzburg are reached via the A8. Amerang has kindergartens and a Grund After four generations of blacksmiths, who gave our property the farm name "Schmied", we have redesigned the farm in Wolfsberg in recent years. Now there are workshops for ceramics and woodcrafts, as well as a spacious holiday apartment. We have converted the former blacksmith's shop into an event room with a supply kitchen and terrace garden. In addition to our family, other residents also live on the farm.
