À propos de cette location de vacances
Cozy 63-square-meter vacation apartment for 3–4 people and a dog in a prime location in Greetsiel!
Jan Dollart 1 features a beautiful living room with a TV, sofa, and armchair. Adjacent to it is the fully equipped kitchen (including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave) with a dining area.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed with a closet; the other bedroom has a 1.40-meter-wide box-spring bed, a closet, and direct access to a new toilet and sink. A shower is accessible directly from the hallway.
In the former stable, which also serves as the entryway, there is an additional guest restroom and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine. This part of the building is slightly lower than the rest of the apartment and is connected by a few steps.
A small, fully fenced-in garden with a furnished patio is also part of this apartment. A private parking space is also available to you.
Except for the tiled bathrooms, all rooms feature wood-look vinyl flooring. The bedrooms have both pleated blinds and roller shutters.
Dogs are welcome in this apartment upon request and for a fee!
Free Wi-Fi is available! (We do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)
In this well-maintained 1930s building, you’ll find Jan Dollart 1 on the first floor and Jan Dollart 2 on the upper floor. Both apartments can be combined via a connecting door. The two apartments are located at the end of Kleinbahnstraße, just 50 meters from the Edeka supermarket and 100 meters from the town center—it doesn’t get much more central than this!
The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
