Walkable to Roundout shopping, 10 minutes to the artist district and 20 minutes to Woodstock, Saugerties, or Rhinebeck, This home is centrally located and fun, perfectly cozy, home base for Hudson Valley Adventures.

Super cosy. We slept well. The house is lovely and old which gives it so much character.

Not the greatest place to stay if you bring an older adult. The lower half of the staircase does not have a railing. Sofas are difficult to sit in and get out of. Also be prepared for the quirks that sometimes come with an old home...radiator heat (that didn't work the first night we were there), window AC units, ants in the kitchen, gaps in windows with plants growing through them (might be how the hornet got in), bathroom fan that sounded like it might fall through the ceiling and several light switches that seemingly didn't turn on any lights. Location was convenient, walking distance to coffee shops and good restaurants and owner was responsive but this stay was not a good fit for us.
