It was a large beach house with comfy beds. The downstairs area was perfect for our teenagers! They had their own kitchen and access to the private pool.We really enjoyed the beach and the pool! The beach chair set ups worked fine despite Walton County’s new rule about taking chairs down after 30 minutes. The host was very responsive.

Pros: - Spacious (but note there’s only one small bathroom on the floor level) - Close to the beach Cons:- Cleanliness: floors were not very clean - Safety: pool alarm doors did not work & several interior doors did not have locks- no extra toiletries provided: we arrived with 1/4 roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom. With our Walmart order having not been delivered yet, we were left using Kleenex for the first day. No hand soap in the bathrooms. - pair of boxers right outside our window on the ground upon arrival; and a swimsuit bottom left in a dresser drawer from previous guests- chairs around the pool was broken - pool was not cleaned upon arrival- light bulbs missing & bed lamps not working - outside grill was disgusting and nothing to clean it - no batteries in tv remotes - no bikes or golf cart

Great location to the public beach...alots of people of the beach but did not seem too crowded

Overall good, small things could use improving. Basement AC and dishwasher weren’t working correctly. Need safety bars for tubs bc the sides are so high to get in and out for young children and older adults. Beach access and proximity was great.
