Short walk across lawn to beach. Well equipped kitchen, Breakfast Bar, large smart TV in living room. Main Bedroom has King Sized bed, Ocean Views, Private Balcony Lanai overlooking Pool/Hot Tub, and large mounted smart TV. 2 twin beds in second bedroom with Oceanfront views. Queen Size memory foam sofa bed in Living Room. Condo Sleeps 6. Unit equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrella. On-site smart phone operated laundry available. No fee parking lot. The condo was very easy to live in. Beautiful views, our king bed very comfortable. Very generous with dishwashing soap and laundry soap. Kitchen had everything. Maui rentals easy to work with.

The rental boasted a beautiful view and decent shared amenities like a pool and BBQ area, but the unit itself was extremely outdated. Attempts to modernize were minimal, poorly executed, and felt cheap; like the vinyl flooring made to look like wood, which sounded hollow and shifted underfoot, likely due to failed adhesive. The concrete walls and ceilings were heavily overpainted, with thick layers now peeling where they meet. The beach was also disappointing: a narrow strip of sand littered with coral and debris, and the water consistently murky. Overall, the experience felt more like a 5 than the perfect 10 it was rated when we booked.
