BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Everything we needed was included: towels, bed linens, kitchen supplies. A new sliding glass door to the balcony and new windows throughout.
The ice maker did not work, but a technician was sent over to see if it could be repaired.
We had a nice stay and will be back again.

The location is great. It’s right on the beach, and just a few stop lights away from the fun restaurants/ The Hangout/ shops. There’s a trash chute just near the door which was so convenient! Covered parking available with no extra charge, and an elevator. Our kids enjoyed being able to run back and forth from the beach to the pool because everything was so conveniently close. The one negative about this unit is that the master bathroom is tiny. (Like turn sideways to slide into the shower door.) However, the bedrooms were a very nice size and the furniture was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will go back there again.

The master bath toilet and shower area is literally a tiny closet, and the shower door only opens halfway because of the toilet. Which is another problem…you can’t close the door while on the toilet. Plus, it’s about a 6” step up, which is weird. Was this bathroom an afterthought??? Also, a broom was left accessible, but no dustpan. So if you’re like me, and can’t stand sand all over the floor, better bring your own!!! The ice maker did not work and the doors were never reversed on the fridge so you have to stand in corner of kitchen to open. Wife said the iron leaked water and no hairdryer was available in the master bath.The skillets in kitchen could stand to be replaced as well.
