Welcome to American Dream, a charming coastal retreat that blends cozy cottage character with spacious comfort and unbeatable oceanfront views. Located in the heart of Yaupon Beach, this is one of only a few waterfront homes in the area featuring two levels of oceanfront porches, giving you front-row seats to breathtaking sunsets and endless coastal scenery.
Inside, the home offers plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax. The open living space features a large family room perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the beach. The dining area includes a large table that seats eight, while the six-foot kitchen island provides additional seating for three, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and entertain, featuring a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker and plenty of preparation space.
Sleeping Arrangements
This home comfortably accommodates families or groups with three spacious bedrooms:
• Downstairs: One bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed
• Upstairs: Two bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed
The layout offers privacy while still keeping everyone close together for a relaxed beach getaway.

Step outside and experience the best part of this property—two levels of oceanfront decks. Each deck features comfortable captain’s chairs, perfect for:

the house was as described, very clean had about everything you could ever need. from kitchen stuff to beach stuff.has very nice outdoor shower, you only need spices to cook with.the only thing that is needed are curtains for the side (front) door and for windows that face the beach by the tv. my wife said that the book selection was great. there were local and close ( within walking distance) places to eat and drink which all were very good. we would return to this house if coming back to oak island..

Loved the porches. Wish there were another air conditioner upstates. Both bedrooms up there do run hot and the AC in the one bedroom was necessary!

The beach house was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect location for our week at the beach in Oak Island.

Loved staying at American Dream!! Beautiful beachfront views and can’t beat the convenience of being oceanfront . House was cute and clean, comfy beds and lots of room . Tons of games and boogie boards / beach chairs for use . Very close to lazy turtle and Shagger jacks restaurant . Will be coming back !!
