Villa Cölpin is the perfect starting point for your vacation—away from the hustle and bustle, yet in a central location close to the beach. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Lake Kölpin and the coastal forest also invite you to take long walks. The UBB stop is located right nearby and provides good transportation connections, even without a car.

The spacious and charmingly laid-out Charlotte apartment is located on the second floor of the building. The 95 square meters of living space are spread over two floors. The open-concept living area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and balcony is located on one floor, along with a bedroom (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with natural light. Another open-concept bedroom (bed size 1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a built-in closet is accessible via a staircase within the apartment. The open, maisonette-style layout creates a pleasant sense of space that you’ll feel the moment you step into the apartment. During the colder months, the fireplace and the private sauna in the bathroom are special highlights available exclusively for your use. Warm up after a long walk on the beach or enjoy the quiet evening hours by the crackling fire. The sauna operates with coins, which you can purchase at the service office for an additional fee of 8 euros each for 60 minutes of use. The bathroom also features a walk-in shower at floor level with a waterfall showerhead for sauna-goers.
The spacious balcony opens off the living room. You can enjoy the sun here until the afternoon. The windows throughout the apartment can be blacked out for your comfort. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest in this apartment.

You can park your car in the assigned parking space next to the building. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in the bike shed in the courtyard. You can use the apartment’s Wi-Fi network free of charge.
