The first-floor common areas provide a furnished front porch, spacious living area, gourmet kitchen, cozy sunroom, bedroom, full bath, and several table sets for dining and game playing. On the top floor are four bedrooms with smart TVs, three full bathrooms, and treetop sundeck.

POOL: The in-ground rectangular pool boasts a cobblestone wraparound deck with lounge chairs. The fenced backyard provides a grassy knoll and private setting with woodland backdrop. A pool-side lounge offers a shaded dry bar with bar stools, TV, and adjacent grilling area. No pool heating available.
BEACH ACCESS: A golf cart/footpath shortcut is located just one door down from Pour Decisions. Follow the path two short blocks to Parker Drive. Cross over to Loggerhead Lane and find beach access directly ahead two doors down.
BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to experience the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or explore the vibrant estuaries at Huntington Beach State Park. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe. Numerous prized golf courses are also in the area as well as art galleries, historic landmarks, and boat excursions.

We stayed for less than a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful house, functional in every way. The pool is great! Unfortunately, because we stayed less than a week, that meant we had to pay extra for towels and linens. Also, they did not provide such basics as: toilet paper, soap in bathrooms, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, etc. I wish they had provided a list of items that people need to provide if they are staying less than one week so that we could have stocked up before our arrival. Otherwise, it was a beautiful and very clean and spacious house.
