Great place to stay and excellent communication with owner. Close to subway station and local restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again.

We had a great time in NYC. The apartment had comfy beds and a kitchen with everything you may need, except a measuring cup. We were disappointed that there was only one tv. There really should be a tv in every room or at the very least the master. The neighborhood was relatively safe. The rugs should def be replaced and we saw two roaches. The walls were dirty and need some paint. There should be an AC unit in the secondary bedroom. My son was hot during the night. The hosts were nice and communicated effectively.
