Located in a brand-new vibrant community - Coastal Corner Built in 2022 - this three-story town home has everything for an amazing week at the beach. It is well-appointed with modern décor and high-end finishes for your luxury stay, with an open concept main floor perfect for gatherings and entertainment of family and friends – whether coming back from a day at the beach or the pool right here in the community. The pool is located just 100 feet away, a very short walk. You will have access to 2 reserved parking spaces: 1 in the garage of the home and 1 on the surface lot (25 ft. from the home).

This property was extremely clean and is in an excellent location for all of the Delaware shore activities. We thought the house matched the description and pictures very well. My kids loved being able to swim in the evenings too. We would definitely stay here again!
