We stayed at this charming VRBO and absolutely loved it. The property is small but the owners have made great use of the space and the property was well stocked with amenities (kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, etc.). The decor was all 50's style coca-cola and was amazing! So much interesting and authentic looking decor and tremendous attention to detail. They host even included a little welcome "goody bag" with items from local Llano businesses and even a few glass bottled coca-colas in the refrigerator. The host was great at communication, instructions were clear and room included an extensive supply of local food establishment menus. My wife and I were in Llano for the weekend to enjoy the international Llano Earth Arts Festival (LEAF) and had a wonderful time. The town was delightful, the area restaurants offered a variety of tasty choices, and the LEAF artists created amazing natural artwork. We had a wonderful weekend and created memories that will last a lifetime.

We came to Llano to enjoy time with friends and this place was a perfect. Quiet street, cozy atmosphere. We were amazed with the decor and comfort. We will definitely be booking again when we come to town. Best lil place in Llano!

This is our second visit to this property. It’s always quiet and very well kept. All of the amenities one would need when away from home are thought of. The bed is comfy and the shower is hot. We love how adorable this place is. We will be back soon. We are looking forward to the Christmas lights in the park!
