Located 1 mile from the 7 Springs Ski Resort entrance, this classic farmhouse was built in the late 1800's, and sits on 22 acres of family property. It has been family owned since the mid 1800's and most of the interior wall decor was found in the old barn across the road!!
When you have finished your day of adventures, come home and relax on the overstuffed sectional sofa in the living room while enjoying the 42' HDTV with DirecTV programming, and a DVD player for the kids. Free WiFi is provided for your enjoyment.
When mealtime rolls around, gather the family around the large dining room table (seats 6) and serve a hot, tasty meal that was prepared in the new kitchen. Just like home!
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, common area with a double bed, and full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed.
Snow plowing the drive way is provided for your convenience. A gas grill is on-site during the summer months, and available for use in the winter, if you are brave enough! The outdoor stone ringed fire pit is a real joy to use while viewing the surrounding apple orchard. When in season, you are welcome to pick all the apples you care to eat!!

We were very happy with our stay. The home was actually better than expected with three beds and a full kitchen. There is a large backyard area with a fire pit. Check in process was seamless.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer which was very nice. We had so much space and the decor fitted the house perfectly. The outdoor space was lovely and we even saw three Indigo Buntings, the first sighting ever for both of us. The location was perfect, close to all the outdoor places we explored. Especially nice was that it was two miles from the gem of a State Park Laurel Hill. Sam was also very responsive to all of our needs. A wonderful place that we will defiantly stay at again if in the area.

This was a super awesome place. It's very close to seven springs. The house was clean warm and welcoming!
