Don’t worry—there hasn’t been a single case of COVID-19 at our Villa Oleander to date, and we intend to keep it that way, because your safety is important to us. That’s why gloves and hand sanitizer are provided, and the apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay.
Villa Oleander is located in Marina, between Šibenik and Split. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the villa. The vacation rental features a balcony with a view of the sea. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, a bathroom, a kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, a master bedroom and a children’s room, a living room, and a kitchen area. The villa is in a very quiet location and offers plenty of parking for your car. We’ve provided a large barbecue grill for our guests, which is always available for fun barbecue parties. Just seven kilometers away lies the beautiful (UNESCO) city of Trogir, with many sights and gourmet restaurants. From Trogir, you can take taxi boats on wonderful excursions to one of the countless islands, as well as go on boat tours. The sea is crystal-clear and very warm. The people in Croatia are very hospitable and usually in a good mood. We would be delighted to have you visit us.

Great place for holiday for family. Couple of minutes to Trogir. Split, Omis are so close.

After some brief initial trials locating the villa in the dark, we absolutely enjoyed our brief stay at Familie Fuchs. We took a cab from the airport, and in spite of having the address and directions from the hosts (and some confusing details from Google Maps at the very end), we needed a little help from a very kind neighbor who led us to the villa. My husband and I were traveling with 5 family members, so we were very well setup on the bottom floor of the villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The rooms were tidy and it was very easy to come and go from the villa. Wonderful restaurants, the marina, and grocery stores were a short and pleasant walk away. We took advantage of the swimming pool and had a nice breakfast on the back patio. Our upstairs neighbors were very respectful and quiet. We could not have asked for an easier or more lovely experience on our first night in Croatia.

The location of this property was great as it is in a smaller village. The pool was refreshing for our children and the unit was spacious. We were disappointed that the unit was advertised as a non-smoking unit but it was obvious that someone had smoked heavily in one of the bedrooms.
