Absolutely perfect for two people. Very close to Cruz Bay, but at the same time is very private and quiet. St. John is generally a safe place, but the outer gate to the property makes it feel even more secure. Property owners/managers are incredibly responsive and timely to any questions. The washer and dryer in the cottage allowed us to pack light. The small private pool was great and much needed for winding down after a trip to a different beach and snorkeling each day. Kitchen is well stocked. Short drive to the marketplace (which includes starfish grocery), or there is the Midway grocery store that is a short 2 mile drive in the other direction. Beach chairs, food/beverage coolers, beach towels and other similar items available on site was helpful and avoided the need to rent those items at the various beaches. Highly recommended.

Seabreeze cottage was a perfect place to stay in St. John. Very clean, had everything we needed, and was a beautiful and convenient location. We would book here again!

Everything met our expectations. The property was everything we neeeed. Location, cleanliness, supplies, check-in/out. We would stay again without question.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were very helpful. The bed was comfortable but other furniture not so much.
