We enjoyed our time at this house. It was very roomy for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again. Beach access was easy and it was wonderful to have the backyard area and pool for the time we weren’t at the beach. It was close to some great places to eat and grocery stores. Highly recommend

The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family. It was nice being in a neighborhood and so close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and found parking at beach access 29 without any problem. We loved using the backyard pool. Only recommendation would be to have a 2nd garbage can since it is picked up Monday. By the time we left on Saturday morning it was completely full. I would recommend staying here. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked ! We spent time inside and outside and loved everything about this house. Conveniently located and the owners were so nice/easy to work with. Definitely recommend this stay for groups.

Our trip was amazing! Fernandina Beach is a beautiful place! The house was amazing and also has 2 bathrooms. The listing is only 1 bathroom. The pool was a great bonus, but needed a good cleaning. The house was very clean and the hostess left some very nice gifts for the Bride to Be!
