My adult friend and I thought this place was perfect for our short stay. It was very close to the airport and universal. We had a wonderful trip and the host was very responsive when needed.

Was very easy to book, and location was perfect. So much to do in the surrounding area.

While this property has great proximity to Universal Studios, making it easy for our Park days, we were overall disappointed. We never had a working TV. We contacted the manager, was told to stream our own programming, and that they would visit to check it out. Unfortunately, that never happened. Additionally, there was very little hot water. The water got warm at best and barely lasted, making it unpleasant for our family of 4. Overall, we were left with a feeling of wishing we had chosen a different place.
