Stunning 1st floor apartment, elegantly furnished with all luxury towels and bed linen supplied. The apartment offers warm comfortable accommodation whilst being just a few minutes walk to local pubs and shops ( town 10 mins ) The apartment is situated on the waters edge and offers tremendous waterside walks to all destinations including the famous walk to Polperro on the coastal path.Either discover the beautiful town of Looe with its meandering streets and 1st class restaurants or laze in our apartment having picked up fresh fish from the quay and after eating just relax whilst looking out to sea!. For the winter months the apartment has Gas fired central heating for maximum comfort, and additional wood burning stove effect electric heater.

I love Looe & have stayed in other apartments within rock towers and have always found them to be perfect, unfortunately no.7 was very tired looking not as clean as it should be & bed very uncomfortable that resulted me sleeping on settee!
I feel a washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher!

Lovely and clean,beautiful views across the bay and only a 10 minute walk into town which has everything you need and a glorious sandy beach...loved it.

Very basic apartment, needs a good cleaning, towels and linen are nowhere near luxury, towels are old and do not even match. Main bedroom has nice bed, other two twin beds are not very comfortable for adults, Large burner on stove does not work, so if planning on cooking any meals, plan around that. No bath mat or tea towels, no garbage bags, or toilet paper, bring everything!
One major disappointment is that from the description of Deck/Patio one would assume you had one, but you do not. All of the outside patio space belongs to other apartments and you will have no access. The price reflects these issues but the description is misleading, however the view (from the window) is spectacular!
