Every this was ok Except house keeping ie *there were a lot of cockroach 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳😞 in the rooms* .When complaint they said this is known problem
They need proper *Pest contol*

Staffs are well mannered, in-house restaurant is good, food quality is awesome.
First Day one lady staff serve the coffee was awesome.
Suraj who manages post 12pm is a very polite and professional guy. I have asked him to arrange a cake post 10pm and he make it available.
Thank you so much for making my 2 days stay very comfortable, I will again visit this winter.
This hotel is on main road and it's very posh area. However in address it's mentioned Near Ganga Ghat that I feel is not correct.
It's 3km from Haridwar Railway station. If you will take shared auto/e-rickshaw it will take 20 Rs. per person.
2nd feedback I personally given to Suraj that only one lift is operating so he ensure maintenance is going on for 2nd lift and it will start working soon.

The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Definitely a great value for the price.
