À propos de cette location de vacances
Privatize the entire Moulin d'Hascoët to gather family or friends in a spacious, warm and quiet place, a few minutes walk from the center of Pont-l'Abbé. This former mill can accommodate up to 17 people and brings together two independent accommodations rented together, with large living spaces, several bedrooms, a children's dormitory, two wood stoves, two spas and beautiful exteriors around the stream.
Le Moulin is particularly suitable for large families, reunions with loved ones, holidays with several people or quiet weekends in the Pays Bigouden. Everyone can take advantage of the common areas to get together, while keeping privacy thanks to the configuration of two accommodations.
The first accommodation includes a large living room with wood stove, open kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a bedroom, a toilet, as well as a sofa bed with real mattress in the living room. Upstairs, you will find a master suite with shower room, a children's bedroom with 6 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The second accommodation includes a living room with wood stove, kitchen, living room and dining room, a pantry, a toilet, a bedroom and a veranda overlooking a large garden.
Outside, guests enjoy two large gardens, several terraces, two spas, a treehouse, swings, a slide and a basketball court. Children can play, adults can relax, and the group benefits from real spaces to share meals, enjoy the garden or rest in peace.
Le Moulin is located about a 10-minute walk from Pont-l'Abbé town centre, its shops, restaurants and services. The beaches of Pays Bigouden, including La Torche, Loctudy, Île-Tudy and Sainte-Marine, can be reached quickly by car.
The house is suitable for quiet family and friendly stays. Parties, noisy parties, unauthorized events and noise pollution are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is to be carried out by travelers at the end of their stay. A cleaning option can be offered on request before arrival. Spas must be used according to the instructions given in order to preserve the quality of the water, safety and comfort of all.

We found everything clean enough, albeit basement was damp and so a bit mouldy. Thomas the landlord was quickly available for any issues. We were disappointed that it was actually two properties without internal inter-connection. Hoy tubs, pool and table football were great.
It was a super location for beaches and local towns to visit. The Recyclerie (5 minutes walk) was very popular with all ages. UK folks: It's like a big charity shop. Thanks for a lovely venue for our family holiday. Best wishes-Les
