You’ll find three bright, modern, spacious rooms in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to the garden. The larger bedroom features a double bed and access to its own small terrace. The apartment is generously sized at 140 m² and has a sophisticated feel. It features partial underfloor heating, a 6-meter-wide window front, and opens onto a large, well-established garden with a spacious terrace—the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing or a busy workday and enjoy a relaxing end to your day. A grill is also available for barbecuing. A beautiful bathroom invites you to relax, and guests are, of course, welcome to use the kitchen. In the living room, we have a beautiful 75-inch TV with free streaming services, along with a dining set and a cozy seating area where everyone feels at home. The one-time final cleaning fee is 150 euros for the entire vacation rental and the garden.

Right in the heart of it all! Your room is located on the first floor of a two-family home. The house is right in the city center, and all the places you need for daily life are within easy reach. Of interest to vacationers: The North Sea resorts are a 20-minute drive away. Bremerhaven, with its great sights, is also 20 minutes away; Oldenburg is 45 minutes away; and Bad Zwischenahn, a wonderful spa town by the lake, as well as Bremen’s Schnoor district or the Schlachte on the Weser River, is about 1 hour away. Do you like sandy beaches or islands? From Bremerhaven’s picturesque fishing harbor, you can set sail on luxury cruise ships to the wide, wide world or take smaller boats to the islands. Somehow, you really can’t avoid fresh, delicious fish here—which I highly recommend. Duhnen and Döse are the sandy beaches with an island vibe near Cuxhaven’s waterfront. Travel time: 1 hour. For technicians: Living in a truly beautiful, quiet setting right in the middle of the city—and being just a few minutes away from local companies, factories, or other employers—is no problem here.
