We arrived at property on a very very hot day. Entrance into apartment was very simple but safe. Entered apartment to find it very uncomfortable. The thermostat read 79 degrees, even though thermostat was set to 71. Temperature kept rising. Contacted owner, they were very quick to respond to unit. They were unable to fix situation. They ended up allowing us to stay in unit next door. The next day there was no available hvc company to service unit because of the high demand from the severe heat. The owners were very apologetic about the situation that was completely out of their control. They graciously refunded our stay. Both units were very clean, quiet, and we'll stocked. If looking for a place to stay in the area you will not find a better place.
