The location was in a great spot to go to many different shops and stores. Center of Fraser and Winter Park were close by. Scenery was amazing all around. The only gripe would be that to access the hot tub we had to go through one if the bedrooms.

Overall a nice place, location is good for getting to town by car or walking. Hot tub was enjoyable. Has most cooking amenities if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Carpets have a lot of stains and need cleaning. Master shower has considerably mildew and drain is very slow. Rest of the bathroom is clean as were the other bathroom’s. Walls are pretty scuffed up and need cleaning/painted. Half bath sink water is hooked up opposite. Found out after trying to use just cold water and it was extremely hot. Had to clean grill up as well as I could before use, looked as though never cleaned. Other than the need of deep cleaning it is a nice comfortable place.

We had an awesome stay here for a quick ski trip at Winter Park. Very nice inside, amazing location, just about accessible to everything! The hot tub was an awesome perk too. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the heating and cooling in the property was a bit finicky. The top floor was extremely hot when you turned on the heat but the bottom floor remained freezing cold making it difficult to sleep at night. Would be nice to have some instructions provided in the Welcome Book. Other than that, this property is great and we will definitely book it again in the future! Thank you for your hospitality

We ended up sharing this condo with my brother and his family. It’s a great space! All 3 rooms are on 3 different levels. Which works well if you are a couple of parties. It was nice having private spaces per family. The kit Cho en is fully stocked and super easy to make big meals. The beds were comfy and they even had some extra twin mattresses that were easy to move around for our little children who wanted to sleep in our room. I hope we can stay again next ski season!
