"Wandashorst 25" Vacation Rental – Comfortable living with a private sauna and an extra-long double bed

The “Wandashorst 25” vacation rental offers a modern retreat for up to four people in the peaceful surroundings of Klein Stresow. Spanning approximately 48 m², the apartment features two separate bedrooms, an open living area, and a bathroom with its own Finnish sauna. This makes the accommodation ideal for couples, small families, or friends who value a clear layout and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Dogs are also welcome upon prior notice. The nearby Greifswald Bodden and the natural beach, about 600 meters away, offer lovely destinations for walks together and active vacation days.

Two bedrooms—one of which has an extra-long bed

The bedroom layout provides four guests with separate sleeping areas. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 × 210 cm box-spring double bed. The extra bed length is particularly comfortable for taller guests.

The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds, each measuring 90 × 200 cm. This makes the apartment suitable for both families with children and adults traveling together who prefer separate beds.

Both bedrooms have a closet and their own flat-screen TV. The beds are already made upon your arrival. Towels are also provided.

Spend time together in the open living area

The living and dining area features an open, modern design. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, while a sofa with an ottoman creates a cozy spot for relaxing.

A flat-screen TV is available for quiet evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. The decor combines select furniture, artwork, and lighting to create an overall Nordic-inspired look.

All guests gather around the dining table with four chairs—for breakfast, a home-cooked meal, or a social evening.

Modern kitchen with dishwasher

The open kitchen is directly connected to the living and dining area. It features high-quality appliances and a complete set of tableware. A dishwasher is also included, making it easier to prepare your own meals during your vacation.

Whether it’s a quick breakfast before an island excursion or a shared dinner: the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals flexibly in the vacation rental.

Relax in your own Finnish sauna

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. It also features the apartment’s private Finnish sauna. After a hike, a bike ride, or a walk along the Bodden, you can retreat here, warm up, and wind down the day in a peaceful atmosphere.

The vacation rental does not include its own washer or dryer. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for shared use in the main building.

Vacation with Kids and a Dog

Children are welcome at “Wandashorst 25.” The two separate bedrooms offer a practical layout for families and allow for different bedtimes.

A dog may also be brought along upon prior registration. The natural surroundings around the vacation village offer various opportunities for walks. At the turn of the year, the quiet location is particularly pleasant, as the resort celebrates a fireworks-free New Year’s Eve.

Natural Beach and Greifswald Bodden

The natural beach is located about 600 meters from the vacation rental and can be reached on foot. A handcart is available for transporting towels, bags, and other beach gear.

The Greifswald Bodden is also located in the immediate vicinity. You can go for walks and bike rides from Klein Stresow, as well as take kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding trips. The quiet location on the southern coast of Rügen offers a pleasant contrast to the island’s livelier seaside resorts.

Parking and Charging in the Vacation Village

A free parking space is reserved for the vacation rental. A total of three shared charging stations are available in the vacation village for electric vehicles. There is a fee for using these stations, which is calculated based on the length of your stay. A charging cable for your vehicle is not provided; you must bring your own.

Access to the vacation village is via an unpaved, natural road. Please drive at walking speed.

If you’re arriving by train, a shuttle from the Putbus train station to Klein Stresow can be arranged for a small fee.

Fresh rolls and regional products available on site

At Café Klein Stresow, which has an attached farm stand, you can get fresh rolls for your vacation breakfastas well as hot and cold beverages. Light meals, snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and specialty coffees round out the selection. In addition, a variety of regional products are available.
