Very clean and new, the apartment isn’t as white as in the pictures. Location is awesome so close to downtown and SoCo and the price is right! Pool is not used much by anyone in complex so not so clean and a smelly dumpster from a restaurant nearby the pool. Code box to open gate is old and temperamental especially in the summer heat. Definitely great for the price!

Very clean and organized, great value for 2 and the location is a short Uber ride to downtown. The unit is on the second floor so maybe difficult for some climbing stairs. Curra’s Grill has great Mexican food and a full bar it’s located about 200ft away from the room. Would stay again!!
