Very comfortable and spacious

The house could definitely be much cleaner. It does look like they need to touch up in many areas of the house, maybe with a little deep cleaning and paint job. The smell inside the house was not the best either. When we arrived, there was no control to the living room TV, however, I communicated with the owner and they did bring in an another whole TV right after. Communication was great. We were able to park in the driveway. AC was perfect. We literally only used it to sleep, which was from about 1 AM till 6 AM. The living room was a humongous room, very beautiful and nicely decorated. All the rooms were just as pictured.

Communication prior to stay could have been better but immediately prior to stay communication was good. Sofas were very comfortable & perfect for tv binging. We all had allergy problems when AC or heat was operating. Kitchen was appreciated altho the knives were unable to tackle Thanksgiving turkey. Master bedroom toilet struggled at flushing. Lawn was not mowed before or during two week stay. appreciated spices & coffee k-cups. This rental is far better than camping, glamping or hotel/motel and appropriately priced & marketed fairly. Garage has ping pong, foos ball & bball. Kitchen counter stools should not be used by anyone of any age.

The property was not as nice as tge pictures online. It could have been a little cleaner.
