Suite Donna Edwige is an elegant and bright residence located on the second floor of a building on Via del Drago Canonico 76 in Monopoli. Please note that access is via stairs only, as there is no elevator in the building.
Upon check-in, guests will receive a manual key to access the apartment and an electronic badge, required to open the building’s main entrance and activate the electrical system.
As soon as you enter, you’ll step into the heart of the suite: a spacious and airy open-plan space, entirely on one level and surrounded by a private terrace with partial views of the sea and the city.
Designed for maximum comfort, the suite features a queen-size bed with a 3-layer memory foam mattress, a 55-inch Sony Smart TV, ultra-fast fiber optic internet, a dining table with chairs, a minibar, a coffee machine, and ample wardrobe space.
A frosted sliding door leads to the stylish and spacious bathroom, equipped with double sinks, a toilet, bidet, and a modern open shower.
Adding a touch of luxury, the suite also offers a Ghost System Dream 160 whirlpool tub—completely free of external jets or nozzles—for a true moment of wellness and relaxation.
Free street parking is available near the property, with no reservation required.
The suite enjoys a convenient location just outside the historic center: Monopoli’s old town is approximately 900 meters away, the old port and Carlo V Castle are within a 15-minute walk, and Cala Porta Vecchia beach is about 1.2 km from the apartment. The train station is just 700 meters away.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and to sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city center of Monopoli.
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 22:00, for facilities without a safe, in-person check-in costs €25, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not expected. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m., is €15 per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €200 will be charged.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your 4-legged friends.

SEPARATE COLLECTION
- It is necessary to carry out separate waste collection correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to carry it out in the best possible way.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €100 will be charged.

- On request. The cost is €70 for the entire duration of your stay and you will have a mattress topper with corners, sheets upside down and over, pillows and pillowcases.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €150, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee within 7 days before.
