The modern vacation home is located in the car-free Lauterdörfle vacation park in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve.
Lauterdörfle is an ideal place for a vacation with family or friends.
On-site recreational activities:

• Soccer field
• Covered playhouse with foosball and ping-pong tables
• Sauna (currently out of service)
This sustainable, eco-friendly house, built in the typical Lauterdörfle style with log walls, will be completed by the end of May 2022.
No plastics or non-sustainable building materials were used in the construction of the house. Local construction companies were hired, and wood from southern Germany was used. The exterior walls and roof are insulated with wood fibers, and the windows and deck are made of wood. The entire house features 2 cm-thick solid oak flooring; the bathroom, toilet, and utility room are tiled.
The solid wood doors are 2.10 m high.
A highlight is the wall heating system, which provides healthy warmth, and the walls plastered with clay. The clay plaster offers you the following benefits during your vacation:
• It regulates humidity
Rooms lined with clay-based building materials typically maintain a constant humidity level of 45–55%, which, on an annual average, often fluctuates by no more than 5%—a range considered optimal from a medical perspective.
• A feeling of fresh air
For one thing, clay plaster is capable of removing odors and pollutants from the air. On the other hand, clay plaster can ionize the air. The refreshing effect comes from the negative charge in the air—that is, it releases negatively charged ions, thereby contributing to the fresh atmosphere in the room.
