FREE TRANSPORTATION: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.
Elevator: 29" Wide (gate opening) x 31" Deep (Our properties and elevators are not ADA compliant.)
Pool: 40' x14', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

- Starter amenities (1-3 days worth) including: bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each per

This was the perfect house for extended family - Aunts, Uncles, cousins and significant others. Location was great. Proximity to beach perfect. Lots to do. Property manager very easy to deal with and quick to respond

Great house for a group! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to hangout. Literally steps to the beach.

Excellent location - just a short 50 yard walk to the beach access. The ability to easily go back and forth to the beach at any time was a huge plus for our group. The house is well set up with 6 bedrooms and easily sleeps 18. The first floor sitting room was ideal for the younger ones in our group, with a TV and refrigerator to hold their drinks. The living spaces on the second floor were huge with plenty of room with two dining tables and a huge living room. The large backyard pool was a huge hit. Also important to us was the use of two garage bays to store beach items and 14 bicycles. It's just a short bike ride to the pickleball courts and General Store.

Love the layout of the house. Lots of space for our 16 people from age 10-71. Largest pool of any house we have ever stayed in. We had a few maintenance issues but most were resolved without any trouble.Biggest complaint was the house was not thoroughly cleaned. Reported to house manager.This is the only house we have stayed in more than once. But it is starting to show its age a little. Showers have been updated and are very nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies—dishes, glasses, pans etc.Even with our issues, it is still one of our favorite houses.Also loved the elevator for transporting grandma and suitcases etc.Thanks for our great vacation!
