Great location and definitely enjoyed Old Orchard. Beau is very responsive and took care of us. Will definitely be back. Place has plenty of room and the jacuzzi was much needed after the half marathon. Thx again for everything Beau!

It was a great house, in a great location! We rented it because it read pet friendly, Nice big family room, great for hanging out!. It’s a short walk to downtown and the Pier, hardly takes any time at all to walk it. Lots of off street parking. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Our overall stay was amazing but I recommend getting the hosts phone number and reaching him by phone. Communication via Vrbo or the owner's phone number for texting was not effective. But once he reached them by phone, communication was very.The house was excellent. Could use a bit of touchups here and there. But the space was amazing and the house was nice and cool at all times.

It was graduation weekend at UNE and we had family members traveling from North Carolina and Pennsylvania. This was the PERFECT house for a large number of people. There was so much room to gather in large groups and small groups. The back patio with the fire pit was a big hit, as well as the upper deck with the hammock. Loved working with the property owner as well. Thank you for a perfect weekend!
