A spacious and bright home that sleeps up to 5 people and is equipped with every comfort, featuring three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large terrace with a sea view, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. The property is located in Pozzo Faceto di Fasano, a quiet and lush hamlet within the municipality of the same name, a 10-minute drive from downtown Fasano and the renowned Zoosafari, and 20 minutes from Ostuni. The beautiful beaches of Torre Canne, with their crystal-clear water, are just a 7-minute drive away.



The 150-square-meter accommodations are located on the first floor of a building without an elevator: you’ll need to climb a flight of 15 steps to access it.



The interior is divided into two levels, separated by an internal staircase.

- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided at check-in

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Fasano Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the villa is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



As required by the Municipality of Fasano, upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash, for the first 7 nights, the tourist tax amounting to:

- €2.00 per person per night, from June 15 to October 15

- €1.50 per person per night, from April 1 to June 14 and from October 16 to December 31



Check-in will be via self-check-in. We will provide further instructions closer to your arrival.
