I had a great month at the beach even with the chilly temps. The condo is lovely and well kept. Office staff is so friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to my next trip.

The rental unit was not as clean as with previous experiences at Gulf Dunes. Immediately noticeable was the dirty and sandy floor. My wife was not happy with the condition of the floor and ended up mopping the floor three times to get it clean. There was a mop in the unit but no mop bucket so she had to use a trash can for the water. Also disgusting was the rug under the coffee table. It left the bottoms of your feet black. It obviously hasn't been laundered or cleaned in a very long time. The bunk bed room had trash under the nightstand and under the bed.
