Host was very responsive, accommodative and friendly. This place is little pricy though. Our group was around 30-32 and everyone felt comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place for others.

Peter was easily accessible and communicated well. The rental fit my family of 26. It was a quick walk to the beach and local eateries. All the eateries nearby were good too. We would work with this host/location again.

Property was as described. Host was very quick to respond and very easy to deal with. Property needs a little bit of work but overall it was what we needed. Be careful on steps when raining. We did have someone slip and fall down several of the steps.
