One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this villa. The photos do not do the ocean views justice as you can see a lot of the ocean from the home and deck, more than the photos depict. The sunsets are amazing! We loved being able to walk in the area and especially to Brenneckes Beach area. The villa was spacious, comfortable, well stocked and appointed. Excellent air conditioning and nice cross ventilation and light from three sides of the villa. We really loved staying there and would definitely come back. The only con is that the villa is not close to the parking lot and has two flights of stairs with no elevator to get to. It was a bit of a hassle to tote big suitcases and groceries from the parking lot and up the stairs. So not something suitable for anyone who has limited capacity for lifting heavy things upstairs. The management company is very responsive. We had a problem with the wifi and they came out promptly and fixed it up. They are very present and easy to work with.

The condo was situated in a great location, short walk to Poipu Beach. The condo is a bit older but comfortable nonetheless. Beds were great, even the pull out sofa bed. There were a lot of beach supplies like umbrella, chairs. Overall, or family enjoyed the stay and would love to come back!
