Staff was excellent. Location is great for walking. Building is very charming. Bed was comfortable.

Best hot shower in Colombia! Location - very close to the historic centre. Staff were helpful.

The room was big and clean with a large comfortable bed and quality bed linen. The breakfast was fine: juice, fruit, choice of 3 main dishes and tea/coffee.

This is not a 5 star hotel. For 5 star you would expect toiletries (there was a tiny unmarked bottle of green liquid), bottled water (filtered water was not even available), a fridge, robe & slippers and a lift (given the height of the ceilings, the second floor felt more like the 4th and no assistance was given with luggage). In addition, the safe was operated by a key rather than number pad (seemed strange), we had to ask for the room to be cleaned (it didn’t seem to be an automatic daily event) and the soundproofing was appalling- if you’re a light sleeper, ensure you get a room at the back. Despite all the above, the hotel was fine - you just need to know what to expect, and that’s not 5 star!
