And if you’d rather head out, Riverview Restaurant is just a two‑minute drive away, offering beautiful Cape Fear River sunsets from their outdoor seating.

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.

Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice property. Only complaints really are, would be nice to have had a newer refrigerator with an icemaker of some sort. More lighting in the master bedroom, the lamps didnt do much. And a detachable shower head in the master. Other then that it was enjoyable and a good place

1st vacation in over a decade! It was fantastic! The home was clean, the check in and check out process was super easy, and the vacation was overall perfect!
