It is located 50 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Arenal", 200 m from the supermarket "MyMercat", 300 m from the town "Calpe Centro", 800 m from the rocky beach "Cala el Racó", 1 km from the natural park "Paque Natural Peñón de Ifach", 2 km from the train station "Tram-Calpe", 100 km from the airport "El Altet Alicante" and it is located in an ideal area for families zone and next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: terrace, iron, internet (wifi 8 euros/week, ), air conditioned in the whole house (hot and cold extra 50€ per week), communal swimming pool, 1 tv.
