This was our second time staying at this property-we previously stayed in October of 2022. We love the location and the floor plan of the house is ideal for our family. We will return in the Summer/Fall! There are many stairs in the home and the kitchen/family area is on the third level - not a problem for most of our family but a little challenging for our 80+year old brother in law. I would recommend child gates for toddlers/younger children. Overall, great kitchen set up (we cooked in for Easter and some of our meals), super comfortable family area and beds, and great views of the ocean with easy beach access. Our teenagers rented bikes and we felt comfortable letting them ride the area. We could also see them on the beach from the upstairs balcony. Perfect location for viewing the space launches!

The host is friendly and very responsive, however the house could be slightly more well-maintained. Several lights don’t work, the WiFi was patchy and even after the company came to fix it, still not great. Coffee machine we couldn’t get to work either. Soap in the bathrooms all diluted with water. The location of the house is great to going to the beach, but there are some adjustments to be made to be amazing.
