• Creative Ambience: Clean but paint-splatter flooring, bright natural light, and an artistic vibe great for work or relaxation

• Pets: Allowed ($25 per night per pet, up to two)—fully fenced yard

• Privacy & Security: Security cameras at driveway/gate entry and alley only—none in studio or yard, your privacy is fully respected

• Housekeeping: Optional linen and cleaning services available for additional fee
• FREE off-street parking: in driveway at front of house + free street parking is plentiful.
