Welcome to The Enclave 402, a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offering 1,582 sq. ft. of bright coastal living space. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this Gulf-front retreat is perfectly designed for families and groups seeking comfort, convenience, and incredible beach views.
Step inside to a cheerful, coastal-themed interior furnished with everything you need for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals at home—or enjoying fresh takeout from the many nearby restaurants. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors fill the living area with natural light and lead to your private balcony, where you can take in breathtaking Gulf views, morning coffee sunrises, or stunning sunset evenings.
The ensuite primary bedroom features private balcony access, ensuring you never miss the Gulf views. The first guest bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. The second guest bedroom is ensuite, giving everyone privacy and comfort. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
With only 70 units, The Enclave is a low-density complex, offering a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you're directly across from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and more—everything you need is within steps.

This is a beautiful unit with tons of space and great bathrooms. It has a beautiful view from the balcony and the property is situated very close to the shore, so no long boardwalk to cross to get right out to the beach! The pool is small, but fantastic and there were always plenty of chairs available. Sands of Alabama was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There are a few things that guests need to be aware of. There is no functioning ice maker in the unit, either stand alone or in the fridge. We reported that the fridge was not making ice and they sent out a technician, but he left without making any repairs. The unit does need a little TLC, lots of scuffed walls and floors. A new couch and chair were delivered on our arrival day and they were beautiful, but the new design does make it hard for large groups to gather in the living room. The thing that larger parties need to be very aware of is the parking situation. The listing states that additional parking may be available for purchase, but it does not indicate that additional parking is not an option from Memorial Day to Labor Day. For a unit that sleeps 10, one parking spot is simply not enough. Paid parking was available offsite for 125 for 4 nights, so if you bring more than one vehicle, be prepared. Overall, we had a very nice stay, but this type of boutique property may be better for smaller families!

The property itself was exactly as described. However, the kitchen tile was not in great shape and had chips in places that made the floor look dirty at all times. What I wasn’t happy about was how in the original listing it said the price was with all fees. At the end of checkout there was additional fees that was not mentioned or included in the listing price. I would prefer for the price to be listed with ALL the fees in the original listing. Also- parking was supposed to be included and after we paid we got an email that says we could pay for one parking spot per condo and any other vehicles had to go off site and pay a ridiculous fee for a 5 day trip. A condo that sleeps 10 should be allowed more than one spot to park. Running back and forth across the highway to park is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

A condo that sleeps 10 should not only be allowed one opportunity to park. Running back and forth across the highway to park is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

The condo was perfect for the space we needed. It was centrally located which was very nice. The parking situation needs to be addressed. We were only allowed one parking spot at the condo and had to park our other vehicle at Fairfield Inn and pay another fee for the week which was an additional 100. The parking at the condo isn’t numbered nor checked by security. In other words you aren’t guaranteed a spot with your paid parking pass of 50. We did not have a spot to park one night. Unfortunately had to park our vehicle at Fairfield Inn along with our other vehicle and walk to condo at 11 at night. I will say Sands of Alabama helped us as best they could. The parking is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed. The furniture in the living room is stained and needs a deep cleaning. The overall cleanliness was good. We will not be staying here again due to the parking situation.
