Make memories in this ocean view home built in 2021. Beach views from the large windows facing the ocean are for everyone to gather and enjoy.
Great for large families and parties with a variety of ages, this home has two king master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds with one trundle. A large swimming pool, an elevator and large outdoor decks facing both the ocean and overlooking the pool with outdoor and poolside seating.
Large screen smart TV's throughout the home, hi-speed wireless internet access, hardwood floors throughout. Beautifully decorated for comfort and togetherness.
The top-level has a deck facing the ocean with seating for up to eight and two small coffee tables. Deck on the other side overlooking the swimming pool and local woodlands. Inside the top floor has an open floorplan with a large inviting kitchen, dining and family area. Plenty of large windows to let in the summer sunlight!
Kitchen with recessed lighting and hanging lights to set the mood. Large granite island seats four. All new stainless steel appliances, electric range oven, dishwasher and wine fridge.
Hold a potluck, play board games, or simply bond over drinks over the dark cherry dining room table, which seats 10 people. Dining area table surrounded by windows showing off the ocean, perfect for watching the colorful sky at dusk during dinner.
Across from the kitchen and dining area is a family room that you will surely feel cozy in. Two comfortable couches to curl up in, which seat up to three people each, and one loveseat. Large ottoman and one chair. An arrangement that has enough space for the whole family to enjoy a movie night on the 70” smart TV. A half bathroom is a short distance down the hallway.
Master king bedroom #1 on the top floor, with smart TV, ceiling fan, private full bathroom. Bedroom has a skylight window. Window view of swimming pool and backyard. Full bathroom has large shower enclosed with marbled tile and a glass surround door.
The top floor hallway has an elevator entrance, staircase, and small foyer/sitting area with a video gaming/computer area and access to other outdoor decks.
On the lower floor master bedroom #2 with king bedroom, situated on the ocean side so you can view the water while you prepare for your day. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom with a large tile shower enclosed in glass doors.
Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of bunks with a trundle sleeping a total of five, great for younger members of your party to congregate, play and sleep. TV, ceiling fan and dresser drawers.
Bedrooms #4 and #5 have queen beds, connect by a Jack 'n Jill bath. The full bathroom in the main hallway includes a walk-in shower with a glass door.

The home was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you will need. There a many different areas to sit outside and view the ocean or the pool. The pool is clean (I saw the pool being cleaned when we were there) and it is a good size. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the elevator and sent someone to fix it the next day. My mom lost her glasses and the host contacted the cleaning crew to see if they saw them. I would definitely return to this beautiful home.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this Oak Island beach house. The home offered plenty of space for our group, and one of its biggest advantages was the quick, easy walk to the beach, which made spending time by the ocean incredibly convenient.Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Most notably, we were not informed prior to our arrival that the elevator was out of service. For a multi-level home, this was a significant inconvenience, especially when unloading luggage, groceries, and other items. We believe this should have been communicated before check-in, along with some effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer an appropriate accommodation.Communication during our stay could also have been much better. A maintenance technician arrived unannounced to work on the elevator and intended to remove the two smaller refrigerators in the kitchen, both of which were completely full of our groceries. While we understand repairs are sometimes necessary, advance notice would have allowed us to prepare and avoid the disruption.The pool area also needs improvement. There is absolutely no shade around the pool, making it difficult to enjoy during the hottest parts of the day. Additionally, there was not enough poolside furniture to accommodate the number of guests the home is advertised to sleep, and the furniture shown in the listing photos was not what we found upon arrival.Privacy was another concern.
