In the district of Les Chartreux, 700 m from the centre of Val Claret, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 200 m from the lake, 800 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 30.Apr.. Shopping centre 800 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 m, minigolf 500 m, sports centre 500 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 800 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, ice rink. Nearby attractions: Tignes Espace centre sportif 500 m, Lagon et spa 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes Val d'Isère 800 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. This is tight on space for 9 (all children teens and above) - especially ski storage - but cosy and fun. Warm and lots of hot water. Perfect for 2 families - one double room and one adjoining triple both upstairs and downstairs. A little dated and faded but clean, bright and well-equipped (even had raclette and fondue under bench seat). Buses go from end of door to both Val Claret and Le Lac and you can ski in to door from Claret.
