The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls, and a washing machine. You also have access to a private sauna.
The highlight of this accommodation is the large private outdoor area, which features a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue: perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful mountain views.
The nearby village of Siror can be reached on foot via marked trails or by bicycle. San Martino di Castrozza is also accessible via a trail, while the Dismoni area is recommended for reaching several panoramic viewpoints over the Primiero Valley. The chalet is located 5 km from Siror and 7 km from the ski slopes of San Martino di Castrozza.
The property offers step-free indoor access, ski storage and boot warmers. There are 3 parking spaces and free parking along the access road. Pets are allowed.
Bed linen and towels are provided only on request and for an extra fee.
During the winter season, you are advised to equip your car with winter equipment, considering the variable conditions of mountain roads.

This was a great house to stay in in the dolomites. The has great views and is pretty much all by itself on the top of the hill. This is exactly what we were looking for. The driveway itself is an adventure lol. We loved staying here. The house was clean and had lots of amenities. The host was very responsive and communicated. Well I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Die Gegend und das Haus waren toll. Die meisten Leute waren sehrt freundlich.
Cons: Man kann von dem Haus aus nichts zu Fuß unternehmen. Man kommt nur mit dem Auto fort. Spazierengehen direkt vom Haus aus ist nicht möglich. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schwierig. Die Sauna draußen ist gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick, jedoch ist die Tür so undicht, daß es die reinste Energieverschwendung ist, die Sauna zu nutzen.

Pros: Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge.
Cons: Kein direkter Ansprechpartner. (nur über Handy)Sauna nur für zwei Personen. Grill mussten wir selbst sauber machen. Man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet, da eine Kamera direkt im Dachspitz installiert ist und sich auch bewegt. Müll sollten wir entsorgen, obwohl es keine Vereinbarung dafür gibt.Es gibt kein Gartenstühle wo man bequem sitzen kann.

Pros: Il posto è magnifico: una baita dotata di tutti i comfort, spaziosa e ottimamente arredata/rifinita.
Un plauso a tutte le piccole accortezze che il proprietario fa trovare ai suoi ospiti! Una sistemazione perfetta per un weekend con gli amici coronato da un barbecue aggrappato al fianco della montagna!
Il padrone di casa gentile e disponibile
Cons: Purtroppo è piovuto, ma abbiamo convenuto con il proprietario che il meteo ancora non possiamo controllarlo!
