The beautiful Villa Gora was built in a stunning and very peaceful location right next to the beach. It is a traditional Dalmatian villa that has been lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. It exudes the laid-back Dalmatian atmosphere in all its facets. If you love peace and quiet, need to unwind, and want to enjoy tradition, this stone house is the perfect choice for you.
In a spacious garden featuring a heated outdoor pool, you’ll be able to relax wonderfully and let your mind wander. There are plenty of shaded areas for sitting and lounging. A large stone oven for barbecuing awaits you, both inside the stone house and in the garden. Unwind in this fantastic atmosphere during the hot, sunny summer months as well as in spring and late fall on the Dalmatian coast.
A flight of stairs leads you to the beach, located about 100 meters away.
A beautiful beach, no crowds, and crystal-clear waters known as the Novigradsko Sea
The beach stretches for 1,000 meters, and from there, the town center is easily accessible on foot, by bike, or with a stroller.
There’s nothing better than starting the day with a morning walk along the beach toward the center of Posedarje as the first rays of the sun break through. Enjoy a quick coffee at the beach bar and, while you’re at it, pick up some delicious fruit from the market to have for breakfast.
An absolute highlight is an evening in the private wine cellar of the owners, Gordana and Ivan. Enjoy their homemade specialties, such as wine, ham, and olive oil. All served in a family-friendly atmosphere and made in the traditional Dalmatian style. Don’t miss the ham dried in the Bura wind. An absolute treat.

The owner is lovely and helpful. Truely.
But its very inconvenient to have to unlock the bedroom building and and then the living building to get a drink in the night. And this is not conveyed in the listing.
And the mosquitos are numerous and hungry. There are two eating places in walking distance: one is a pub and the other has an extremely limited food menu.
Everything else is perfect. Gora is kind, friendly and helpful. And the Stone house is peaceful.
