Conveniently located in the most sought after area of Destin, this Jade East condo delivers one of the most breathtaking views of the sugar white sand and blue water of the Gulf. Featuring a Primary bedroom with King Bedding, a guest bedroom with a bunk bed and queen bed, this unit comfortably sleeps six. A fully stocked kitchen for quick snacks or family feasts awaits as well as a full size laundry room. The beautiful color of the walls and the neutral color scheme of the furniture is a perfect complement to the view outside. On the property of Jade East, you will enjoy a resort style pool and hot tub, a fitness center and tennis courts. Jade East is just a short walk to many area attractions and restaurants. This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect.

Overall, the location was great. Loved the complex and the balcony view. The major downside was that the room with the two twin beds have a light outside of the window, and you could literally read a book with the lights off at night. This room desperately needs some blackout shades. Fortunately, we had a couple of sleeping masks to make it bearable, but this really needs to be resolved. Condo was pretty clean, but dated. One of the shelves fell in the pantry while we were there and the towel rack came off the wall. The fold out sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my kids slept on the couches instead. This condo has a ton of potential, but needs some TLC.
