50 steps to the white sandy beach. Oceanfront condo superbly renovated. Designed as 2 primary suites each with a king bed and private bathroom. This 4th floor two bedroom, two bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and in WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND!
The condominium association is currently planning a community improvement project expected to begin on or around September 20, 2026, with an anticipated duration of approximately 14 months.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Guests may experience intermittent construction activity and associated noise during their stay. The planned improvements include:
Repairing and coating the breezeways, the balconies & the building along with replacing the breezeway and balcony railings.
What You Can Expect:
While both pools, beach access and other property amenities will be open as usual during the project, guests should expect construction activity, including construction-related noise. The construction schedule is developed and managed by the condominium association in coordination with its contractor.
Based on the current plan:
Work is generally expected to occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Work may occasionally occur outside of those hours if necessary to maintain the project schedule. Construction is expected to progress through the community in phases. First the B Building, then the A Building and finally the C Building. We are in the C Building which is planned to have the balcony and breezeways under renovation from June 2027 through October 2027.
We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

This was our second trip to this unit with my family of 4. It is spotless and well stocked. No issues with checkin/checkout and hosts are very responsive.

Host gets A for communication! Super nice...condo has had an exceptional upgrade and just beautiful. Carried my 93 year old mom and 92 year old aunt ...who use to stay at this condo when they were younger every year....the memories just flooded back and they had an amazing time. The kitchen is fully equipped and owner provided beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent, trash bags liquid soap everything you need. I highly recommend this unit! View is exceptional 4th floor. Beds so comfy and unit was extremely clean. Would definitely come back again.

I went with a friend of mine to celebrate her birthday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The condo was beautiful. The views from the balcony amazing. The beach is clean and peaceful. Loved everything and will definitely be back!!
