The large living room has a large fitted kitchen, a dining area and a living room with 2 sofa beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry room (with washing machine and storage) complete the first floor.
The sleeping area is located on a half-level and offers 3 bedrooms, all with shower room, a toilet and storage cupboards
Upstairs, a double bedroom with sloping ceilings but low ceilings will be ideal for children.
You will have a closed garage, an unfenced plot (3000m2), with private parking and swing.
A very pleasant furnished terrace will host your sunny breakfasts or late aperitifs.
