The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Over communication from management company. Approximately 15 lengthy emails. Check in process that required copy of id (not a problem) and birthdate entry that required clicking month by month through years to reach date (very tedious process). Everything about the property itself was perfect, but won't book again simply due to these items mentioned from the management company.

Wonderful stay with all amenities you would ever need. Beautifully decorated and great location. We enjoyed the hot tub even though the temps were in the teens. That was hard for these southerners!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Winter Park. The cabin felt luxurious and spacious, and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. Check-in and locating the place went seamlessly, and the location is fantastic for access to the town and ski resort. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

House was great! Very clean and communication was awesome! The hot tub was so great after days of hiking! Trails behind the house are an amazing feature!
